I recently rewrote our PayFlow Pro credit card processing software to use the new, improved, and PCI Compliant silent transactions and tokenization API. PayPal’s documentation was either lacking or well hidden so it ended up taking far more time and effort than I would have liked. To save everyone else the hassle, I posted some test code from PayPal, a tutorial, a simple PHP class, and a working example on a GitHub repository. Let’s hope it saves someone out there a few trips through the PayPal phone tree.
